At First Federal Savings Bank of Kentucky /Central Kentucky Federal Savings Bank, we strive to provide our customers with an easy, convenient, and secure financial experience while delivering the warmth of community banking. Our continued goal is to strive to improve our standards and enhance your customer experience. Therefore, to better serve you, we are making changes to our banking platform by upgrading our core banking system. This core system stores customer data, protects your customer information, and handles day-to-day banking functions such as opening accounts and posting transactions. Our new core system will enable us to enhance our capabilities and operate more efficiently, which in turn will allow us to provide you with even better service!
We will begin this upgrade on Friday, July 16, 2021, and it will be complete by Monday, July 19, 2021.
Most of the initial changes with the core conversion will be transparent to our customers. However, if you do notice an issue with your account after the upgrade, please call us at 1-888-818-3372 or visit the location nearest you. We have a team dedicated to answering your questions. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience through this conversion period.

What You Need to Know
- Central Kentucky Federal Offices in Danville and Lancaster will be CLOSED Saturday, July 17th, 2021.
- Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone Banking will be unavailable starting at 5pm on Friday, July 16th through Monday, July 19th at 9am.
- Debit and ATM Cards will function during conversion weekend but with reduced availability of balance information.

At First Federal/Central Kentucky Federal, we are committed to providing quality products and exceptional service. In an effort to improve and expand the products and services that we offer you, the bank decided to upgrade our core banking system. This conversion requires significant investment of both time and resources but will enable us to enhance our capabilities and offerings and ultimately the service that we provide to our customers.

Prepare for the weekend of the upgrade
- Danville and Lancaster Branches will be CLOSED Saturday, July 17th.
- Online Banking, Mobile Banking and Telephone banking will be unavailable starting at 5pm Friday July 16th – Monday July 19th at 9am.
- Online Bill Pay will not be available starting at 5pm on Friday, July 16th – Monday July 19th at 9am.
- You will be able to withdraw cash at ATMs while the branches are closed, however account balance information will be unavailable.
- You will be able to use your debit card as normal while the branches are closed.

Current banking functions and account information will not change
- Your deposit and loan account numbers will stay the same
- Existing checks will continue to work
- Any Auto-Pay or Direct Deposits set up on your accounts will not be interrupted or changed
- There will be no changes to Online or Mobile Banking
- There will be no changes to Online Bill Pay
- There will be no changes to Telephone Banking; however, for security purposes, existing user’s PIN numbers will be reset to the last four digits of their SSN

Will my Debit or ATM Card continue to work?
Yes, your Debit or ATM card will function during conversion weekend and after conversion.
Will I be able to use my current supply of checks after conversion?
Yes, your checks will continue to be functional after conversion.
Will this impact my direct deposit or pre-authorized/ reoccurring payments?
No, all transactions will be processed according to schedule.
Is my personal and financial information secure?
Yes, your information is protected and secure during and after conversion.
Will eStatements be affected?
No, eStatements will not be affected by the conversion.
Will interest earned on my deposit accounts be impacted?
No.
Will statements be impacted for July 2021?
Yes, some customers may receive two July 2021 statements due to the cut-off of the old system to the new system.
