  • To enroll for online or mobile banking, make sure you have the following information at hand:
  • Your account number.
  • A cellphone number that matches our records.
  • The last four digits of your SSN.
  • Your 5-digit zip code.

Note: For non-consumer accounts such as business, estate, or trust accounts, use EIN number instead of SSN.

  • Visit or use your FFSB of Kentucky app.
  • Click on the “Reset” button for your password and follow the prompts.
  • Keep your account number, matching cellphone number, and other identifying information handy
  • If you face any issues in resetting your password, you can call the nearest FFSB/CKF location, and our staff will be more than happy to assist you.

You can request that app account data be deleted by doing one of the following:

Use the secure messaging option from within the FFSB of Kentucky app.
Call one of our Customer Service representatives at 1-888-818-3372.

Be sure and provide your name, username and reason for deletion.

24 Hour Banking

Getting information about your account is as easy as picking up the phone any time – day or night.

How to set-up this service:
Step 1.  Call 1-877-832-6798
Step 2.  Push Star (*) on your phone’s key pad
Step 3.  Enter your User ID. This is your full Social Security number.
Step 4.  Enter your Pin Code. This is the last four digits of your Social Security number
Step 5.  Next you will need to set up Security Questions.
Step 6.  Select your Personalized Statement.
Through this service you can:
  • Check your balance
  • Verify checks or debits paid
  • Verify deposits credited
  • Transfer funds between accounts
  • Check Branch hours
  • Change pin code
If at any time you have problems with this service, you will automatically be sent to a customer service representative who will help you with the process.
