After printing and filling out application and accompanying documentation, please bring to bank to review with loan officer. Let us help you decide what type of loan best meets your needs. Fixed rates, adjustable rates, purchases, refinances and home equity loans are all available. We do pre-qualifications at no cost to you. After hours, applications can be dropped off in any of our night depositories or sent by U.S. Mail.
Whether you’re buying your first home or looking to refinance into a lower interest rate, the Affordable Rate Program may be an option for you! This program offers fixed rate loans at reduced interest rates to qualified borrowers and is only available for a limited time.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Household income must be less than or equal to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
- Primary residence only
- Purchase or Refinance
